Position Summary
WFS is currently looking for a Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for our Education Program .
Responsibilities and Duties (full description available at https://wfspa.org )
1. Provides customer service as first point of contact at the site. Greets and screens visitors for building entry, ensuring security procedures are followed. Follows site-specific procedures for check-in of visitors.
2. Answers telephone, providing information to customers and/or transferring or directing callers to appropriate parties.
3. Receives, sorts, and distributes incoming mail and faxes. Prepares outgoing mail for pickup and delivery, including inter-office mail and assistance with preparing for express delivery service.
4. Performs general clerical duties including, but not limited to, data entry, typing correspondence, photocopying, scanning, faxing, mailing, file maintenance, and scheduling, etc.
5. Ensures equipment is stocked and in working order. Contacts service providers for maintenance as necessary.
6. Manages inventory of supplies on site and forwards supply orders for approval and processing according to site/program procedures
Qualifications and Skills
Education: High School Diploma
Business School graduate or Associates Degree preferred
Experience:
Two years work experience in an office setting performing clerical and or receptionist duties.
Experience with Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with medical records preferred for positions in Education/Mental Health Service Line
Licenses, Certifications & Clearances:
· Act 33/34 Clearances
· FBI Clearance
· Valid State of PA Class 1 Drivers License
