What You’ll Do:
As an Administrative Specialist, you’ll be the friendly face and voice helping new clients complete their onboarding journey. Your work will ensure our clients start their experience with confidence and ease.
- Welcome New Clients: Conduct onboarding calls to guide clients through their next steps.
- File Management: Collect, scan, and upload timeshare documents to Salesforce.
- Team Player: Assist with incoming mail, emails, chatters, and faxes – making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Process Improvement: Test systems and workflows to keep things running smoothly.
- Client Focused: Ensure all onboarding materials are completed and submitted, setting clients up for success.
What You Bring:
- Organization Rockstar: You’re great at juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Team Spirit: You collaborate well with others but can also work independently.
- People Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Tech Savvy: Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and GSuite is a must!
- Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for accuracy and focus on results.
