The Role (Tuesday-Thursday, 7am-8pm | 12-hour shifts) Onsite in Brentwood, TNThis isn't your typical medical office job. You'll be the friendly voice and caring presence that makes our patients feel truly looked after. Working from our Brentwood office, you'll:
Be the first friendly voice our patients hear, making them feel instantly at ease
Help coordinate our medical team's house calls across Middle Tennessee
Keep everything running smoothly with your amazing organizational skills
Use your problem-solving superpowers to handle whatever the day brings
Note: During initial training, you'll need some schedule flexibility for weekday training sessions. Don't worry – we'll work with you to make the transition smooth!

Have a knack for juggling multiple tasks while keeping your cool
Are comfortable with technology and enjoy learning new systems
Have experience in customer service, healthcare, or admin roles
Are familiar with Middle Tennessee (especially Williamson, Rutherford, Davidson, Wilson, and Sumner Counties)
High school diploma (medical experience is a plus but not required)
Experience in a customer service role where you juggled multiple priorities
Skilled with computer tools and software (email, calendars, MS Office)
Strong communication skills and genuine care for others
Strong Geography knowledge of Middle TN.
Must be able to read and interpret maps when coordinating patient appointments for over-the-road concierge services.
