We're Medical House Calls, a team that brings exceptional healthcare right to our patients' homes. We're growing fast, and here's the exciting part – our current rockstar coordinator is being promoted! That's right – we love growing our team from within. Now we're looking to bring on two more amazing people to join our family and potentially follow in her footsteps.

The Role (Tuesday-Thursday, 7am-8pm | 12-hour shifts) Onsite in Brentwood, TN

This isn't your typical medical office job. You'll be the friendly voice and caring presence that makes our patients feel truly looked after. Working from our Brentwood office, you'll:

• Be the first friendly voice our patients hear, making them feel instantly at ease

• Help coordinate our medical team's house calls across Middle Tennessee

• Keep everything running smoothly with your amazing organizational skills

• Use your problem-solving superpowers to handle whatever the day brings

Note: During initial training, you'll need some schedule flexibility for weekday training sessions. Don't worry – we'll work with you to make the transition smooth!

You Might Be Perfect If You:

• Love making people's day better (even when they're not feeling their best)

• Have a knack for juggling multiple tasks while keeping your cool

• Are comfortable with technology and enjoy learning new systems

• Have experience in customer service, healthcare, or admin roles

• Are familiar with Middle Tennessee (especially Williamson, Rutherford, Davidson, Wilson, and Sumner Counties)

Basic Requirements

• High school diploma (medical experience is a plus but not required)

• Experience in a customer service role where you juggled multiple priorities

• Skilled with computer tools and software (email, calendars, MS Office)

• Strong communication skills and genuine care for others

• Strong Geography knowledge of Middle TN.

• Must be able to read and interpret maps when coordinating patient appointments for over-the-road concierge services.
