Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Cleaning Tasks:
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and deep clean floors, carpets, and rugs.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers and tubs.
- Wash windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to ensure they are streak-free.
- Clean and organize kitchens, including countertops, appliances, and cabinets.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Restock cleaning supplies as needed and inform management of any shortages.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns in the home.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within the scheduled timeframe.
- Handle cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies responsibly.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards.
Education & Required Experience:
- Proven experience as a House Cleaner, Custodian, or similar role preferred.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift or move items as needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
- Ability to lift/carry 35 pounds.
- Duties may include bending or stooping for various durations of time.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items when necessary.
- Duties may occasionally include overhead work, reaching, pulling, and pushing items.
