Your Role:
As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you’ll be the trusted guide for our clients, working closely with the team to deliver timely, professional, and compassionate service.
- Work collaboratively to manage client files from start to finish.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is submitted on time.
- Communicate updates clearly and promptly to clients.
- Manage live calls, emails, and team chats while maintaining Salesforce records.
- Provide personalized support to ensure clients understand every step of the process.
What You Bring:

- Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- A positive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and GSuite.
- Skill in deescalating situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Prior customer service experience – a must!
