Job Summary:
Wesley LLC is looking for a full time Paralegal. This position will assist the General Counsel and team by investigating facts, preparing legal documents, and assisting in policy implementation and compliance.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist General Counsel with trial preparation, which may include attending trials and hearings
- Gather and analyze research data, such as statutes, decisions, and legal articles, codes, and documents
- Draft legal memoranda at General Counsel’s direction
- Research and analyze statutes, regulations, legal articles, provide written analysis to attorneys
- Coordinate the collection, review, and production of documents for outside counsel and assist in responding to discovery requests
- Use legal software and databases to assist General Counsel and team members
- Keep and monitor legal volumes to ensure that the law library is up-to-date and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing systems
- Performs other related duties as assigned

- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Extreme attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines

- Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Working knowledge of legal database software
Education and Experience:
- A minimum of three years in a paralegal role.
Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm | Friday 9am - 3pm (Onsite In Office)
