The Med Tech (CNA)
provides medication assistance along with basic care and support services under
the direction of licensed nursing staff to meet and exceed the needs and
comfort of residents within a memory care or assisted living care setting.
What you’ll do
- Provide medication assistance
- Care for residents by monitoring health status,
feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, assisting with mobility, and
serving meals and snacks.
- Establish and maintain interpersonal
relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
- Document and record resident observations and
health-related information in electronic systems.
- Communicate resident observations and
health-related information to others member of the care team including
coworkers, supervisors, third-party providers, and families.
- Learn and apply Company, Federal, State, and
local rules, regulations, and policies.
What you’ll need
- Active Nursing Assistant certification in
Washington State
- Washington State Food Worker Card within 14 days
of hire
- CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days
of hire
- Ability to understand and communicate in the
English language
