Night Shift - 1 charge, 4 nurses, 1 tech, 1 unit clerk, 1 physician and 1 midlevel per pod
Patient Ratios – 3 : 1 average, low acuity 5 : 1, Peds= team nursing - Estimated ratios, not guaranteed
