Job Summary and Qualifications
Summary
The Hospitality Associate I acts as a representative for the Food and Nutrition Services Department. The main objective is to assist patients with food and beverage needs, meal selection, and to deliver meals in a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
Meal Time and Preparation
Prepare all cold food items and condiments according to the Tally Guide as written per meal; ensure meal trays are accurate, presentation is appealing and temperature is correct upon delivery; prepare and delivery trays in a timely manner; ensure patients are satisfied with meals and service.
