A Typical Day for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Fieldstone of DeWitt:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
- Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment.
- Conduct routine health monitoring, such as checking vital signs and administering medications.
- Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.

Flexible hours to fit your schedule!
We are ready to create a schedule that suits your needs the best! Providing partial shifts, accommodating student schedules, and much more! You will have the ability to decide on your shift duration and working hours.
Current Openings:
- 1st Shift (6:30am-2:00pm) Full-Time and Part-Time
- 3rd Shift (10:00pm-6:30am) Full-Time and Part-Time
- Weekend Package: Friday-Sunday (6:00am-6:00pm or 6:00pm-6:00am)
- PRN
Compensation:
- The pay range for this position is $16.92-$25.72/ hour. The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.

Shift Differential Incentives:
- Evening Shift: Additional $3.00/hr
- Night Shift: Additional $4.00/hr
- Weekend Shift: Additional $1.50/hr
