A Typical Day for a CNA with Halcyon House:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals with a 1:9 ratio max.  
• Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment. 
• Conduct routine health monitoring, such as checking vital signs and administering medications. 
• Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities. 
• Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols. 
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.

Current Openings: 

• Full-Time Day Shift Weekend Package (6:00am-6:00pm) Friday, Saturday, Sunday 
• Full-Time Evening Shift Weekend Package (2:00pm-10:00pm) Friday, Saturday, Sunday 
• Full-Time Night Shift Weekend Package (6:00pm-6:00am) Friday, Saturday, Sunday 

Weekend Package Information:

• Scheduled to work 32 hours or more between Friday at 6:00am and Monday at 6:00am.
• Required to work five (5) out of six (6) weekends.
• Shift differentials will be paid in addition to the weekend package differential.
• May pick up additional shifts during the rest of the week.
• Weekend package team members will be eligible for the same benefits as all other team members.

Compensation: 

• The pay range for this position is $16.35-$24.85/hour. Plus 15% above individual base wage. The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.
• Daily Pay: Use this free app to access your wages before payday to handle unexpected expenses

Shift Differentials: 

• Evening Shift: Additional $3.00/hr
• Night Shift: Additional $4.00/hr
• Weekend Shift: Additional $1.50/hr
