A Typical Day for an RN / LPN with Halcyon House :
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on a designated shift, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to care standards.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care as part of the interdisciplinary team, prioritizing patient needs and safety.
- Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing staff, providing guidance, training, and support in clinical decision-making and patient management.
