A Typical Day for a Nurse with Edgewater:
- Support the Director of Nursing in managing the nursing department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring nursing policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to enhance professional development.
- Participate in the creation and execution of individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor clinical outcomes and assist in implementing quality improvement initiatives to improve resident care and satisfaction.
- Help manage staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of nursing resources.
- Address resident and family concerns, facilitating effective communication and ensuring a compassionate care environment.

Competitive Pay:
- LPN: The starting pay range for this position is $27.39 - $34.51 / hour. Pay rate will be based off of years of experience.
- RN: The starting pay range for this position is $31.43 - $39.60 / hour. Pay rate will be based off of years of experience.
Shift Differentials:
- 2nd shift: $3.50/hour
- 3rd shift: $5/hour
- Weekends: $1/hour
