Desirable Qualifications :
- Experience related to project management and coordination, including developing and managing scope, planning, executing, and monitoring projects to meet project goals and requirements.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and project management software that includes cost estimation, scheduling, workload capacity, and organization features.
- Experience providing direction to individuals or a team.
- Experience and skill in time management to ensure tasks are completed on-time and in an efficient manner.
- Skill in negotiation and managing conflict.
- Experience in identifying, negotiating, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to effectively communicate information to various audiences.
- Experience organizing and facilitating meetings, including creating agendas, guiding discussions, and reviewing outcomes.
- Experience documenting technical processes and information.
- Experience evaluating and assessing the results of the project.
Education : Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.
