Required Skills :
Minimum of five (5) years working as a programmer / analyst in a .NET environment.
Minimum of five (5) years planning and developing universal designs.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in doing digital design, user research, qualitative analysis & synthesis, interaction design.
Minimum of two (2) years' experience developing web application User Experience / Interaction to meet compliance to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 at a minimum.
Possession of a bachelor's degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
Desired Skills :
Experience, expertise, and / or certification in the following areas within the last ten (10) years :
A minimum of two (2) years' experience working as part of an Agile team.
