Seeking experienced candidates to provide restorative supports
Excellent Pay Rate & Benefits: $22.50 - $23.50 Hourly
Provide restorative care in community based locations while implementing behavioral health care plans for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, (I/DD). Deliver motivational, consistent support to build and preserve high quality relationships. Provide crisis intervention including intensive support and encouragement, ensuring people supported develop essential skills which contribute to a safe and healthy environment. Work closely with clinical staff to enhance people's quality of life and daily activities such as: nutritional guidance, community jobs, medication administration, personal care, etc.
Required Skills
A clear understanding of IDD and mental health needs to assist with rehabilitative service. Role model a positive and caring demeanor as part of a supportive team. Objectively monitor; report and document service delivery.
Required Experience
1 to 2 years' experience providing rehabilitative services for people with IDD, as well as chronic mental health issues. Safety Care Certification (Past or current).

- Plus Weekend Differential - Additional $1.00 an hour
- Platinum Plan Benefits (Up to $20K): Full Time 30 hours or more
