We are a private country club in West Bend, WI, grossing $1,800,000 in our year-round food and beverage program. We serve our golf & social membership lunch and dinner in multiple dining rooms and banquet spaces in our clubhouse and outdoor areas. During the summer months, we add snack bar and on-course beverage cart services for our golfers. We employ year-round and seasonal service staff, ranging from 20-40 service team members throughout the year. The Food & Beverage Manager is supported by the Events Coordinator, Assistant F&B Supervisor, and Bar Manager.
Job Description
West Bend Country Club is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to be a hands-on, highly visible, and accessible leader for our club. They will ensure a high standard of hospitality, service, and appearance, while holding full accountability and direction for the management of daily operations of the clubhouse food and beverage functions. They will maintain a positive, team-centric culture, and have a keen eye for supervision and the ability to train front of house service staff. They will plan, implement, and monitor departmental budgets. Hire, train, and supervise support and service staff. Develop and market events and activities for our club members. And maintain a high level of member contact throughout service hours.

Requirements
- Highschool diploma or GED (required)
- A four-year college degree in Hospitality (preferred)
- 2-4 years experience as a food & beverage manager, preferably in private clubs

Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
