Prairie Creek Assisted Living is a 16 room facility located in the town of West Bend, Iowa. Our assisted living facility is looking for excellent candidates to help us in achieving the best care possible for our tenants. Job Duties:
- Administers prescribed medications and treatments as defined by state regulations in accordance with company policy and procedure under the direction of a licensed nurse.
- Gives and or assists in direct resident care such as bathing and assisting in examinations and treatments as applicable.
- Provide exceptional care to our tenants.
- Document accurately and completely.
Requirements:
- Valid CMA or Med Manager License
