Duties
- Launder and clean various types of linens, towels, and garments according to established procedures.
- Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
- Sort, fold, and organize clean laundry items for easy distribution.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area to ensure a safe working environment.
- Handle dry cleaning processes as needed, ensuring garments are treated with care.
- Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing laundry duties.
Skills
- Proven ability to launder and clean various fabrics effectively.
- Experience in a hotel or similar environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with dry cleaning processes is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
