Responsibilities & Qualifications
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule. Candidates who are located within 50 miles of a West Bend office location will work a hybrid schedule for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events. The position can be based in Madison, West Bend or Appleton.
A Business Process Specialist will be responsible for supporting Surety associates across multiple regions. This individual will utilize strong written communication skills for the development and implementation of procedures to promote efficiency through standardization, work simplification, or other methods. The role will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining various procedure and processing manuals. This position will also be involved in the support of various systems, both through process development and training. The Business Process specialist will assist with writing and creating marketing material. The role will also take the lead on the creation and maintenance of a team SharePoint site, with the potential for additional various projects.
