Responsibilities & Qualifications
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule. Candidates who are located within 50 miles of a West Bend office location will work a hybrid schedule for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events. The position can be based in Madison, West Bend or Appleton.
Preferred Experience And Skills
- 1-3 years of surety experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience working with end-users at all levels
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Experience with Word, Excel, and Access
- Experience with SharePoint is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of Program in General Insurance
