Job Summary
The Enterprise Applications team is seeking a Software Engineer to help build high-visibility,
enterprise capabilities that support our diverse software landscape. While this role spans full
stack technologies, there is a strong emphasis on back-end development, particularly with
team that values craftsmanship, innovation, and the creation of best-in-class experiences for
our engineering community. Join us and be part of a growing team shaping the future of

This position offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days/week). Candidates who are located within 50 miles of a West Bend office location will work a hybrid schedule for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events .

The salary range for this position is $101,000 - $147,000/yr
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
- .NET & REST expertise
- microservices experience.
- Familiarity with API specification and practices.
- Automated unit, integration, and regression testing.
- CI/CD pipelines to build, test, deploy and release code to the cloud.
- Continuous advocacy of technical craftsmanship and preferred/best practices.
- Review and oversight of peer proposals and solutions.
- Enterprise AI/LLM Engineering (Prompt Engineering, Semantic Kernel, MCP, RAG, etc.)
- Cloud experience (Microsoft Azure preferred).
- Event driven design. (Azure Service Bus / NServiceBus)
