We are growing at West Bend! The Vendor Management Team is looking for a Sr. Contract Analyst. This role will provide expertise in the area of contract creation, negotiation and approval, working with business partners across the enterprise.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
This position offers a hybrid work schedule. Candidates who are located within 50 miles of a West Bend office location will work a hybrid schedule for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events. The position can be based in West Bend, Madison or Appleton.
Summary Of Responsibilities
Prepares, examines, negotiates, and revises contracts. Assist in the negotiation, formation, and management of the contractual relationship with the Company’s premier and high-end strategic vendors. Participates with company management at all levels to assist in achieving strategic plans and objectives developed by various business units regarding vendors. Negotiate contracts and subcontracts and work with business units related to complex vendors. Review and confirm contracts to ensure they encompass all the pertinent technical terms and provisions agreed between the business unit and vendor. With legal department overview, reviews and approves legal contractual provisions that bind the company for standard and non-standard clauses.

Preferred Experience And Skills
- 8 years of contract management experience in contract management discipline, process, and execution
- Ability to understand varying business unit requirements regarding contracts and Company’s risk tolerance.
- IT background or knowledge preferred.
- Strong negotiations skills
- Advanced knowledge of contract terms, conditions and legal requirements and regulations.
- Advanced knowledge of financial policies and strategies
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience, or combination
