Responsibilities & Qualifications
**This position offers a hybrid work schedule. Candidates who are located within 50 miles of our West Bend, WI corporate office will work a hybrid schedule for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events.
- Engages in the Vendor Risk Management Program and ensures that all tasks of the function are achieved in a timely manner.
- Provides internal support when questions and issues arise associated with vendor products or services.
- Develops and maintains vendor risk management process documentation.
- Executes vendor risk management projects as assigned.
- May lead small to moderate size efforts.
- Participates in the creation and delivery of Vendor Risk Management process training materials.
- Carries out research on Vendor Risk Management issues and keeps abreast of the latest technology, regulations, and industry best practices to address vendor related risks.
- Acts as a process liaison, supporting contract owners and risk management assessment team members.
- Performs vendor analysis and contract reviews, negotiations, and reports on findings.
- Assists with developing and implementing process improvement solutions related to vendor processes.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Two to four years of experience in contract, risk management, business continuity, or compliance related role
- Ability to perform tasks autonomously and under limited supervision
- Ability to perform risk, business impact, control assessments
- Ability to analyze requirements and relate them to appropriate mitigation controls
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail
Preferred Education and Training
- Bachelor’s degree in risk management or related experience
