Oakdale Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center is currently seeking a part-time Weekend Receptionist to work 16 hours per week, Saturday & Sunday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. This facility is under Oriol Health Care, a family-owned business with more than 60 years of expertise in providing excellent healthcare services in Central Massachusetts.
Hourly pay rate: $16.00- $19.12
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls appropriately
- Welcoming and guiding visitors
- Handling routine inquiries
- Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
- Exhibiting patience and problem-solving skills
- Organizing and filing medical records
- Sending physician's orders by mail
- Credentialing
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Assisting with administrative tasks
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Keeping the reception area organized
- Collaborating with other departments
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in standard office equipment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Credentialing experience
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Prior experience in healthcare or administration is beneficial
