Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement practice plans and game strategies for the softball team
- Teach fundamental softball skills, including hitting, fielding, and pitching
- Provide guidance and support to players during practices and games
- Create a positive and inclusive team environment
- Monitor player progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Coordinate team schedules and communicate with parents/guardians
- Ensure the safety of all players during practices and games
Experience:
- Previous experience coaching softball or a related sport is preferred
- Knowledge of softball rules, techniques, and strategies
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well with students and provide a positive learning environment
- Experience in behavior management and conflict resolution
- Background in physical education or sports coaching is a plus
Skills:
- - Ability to educate players on proper sportsmanship and teamwork
- Experience in working with students in a coaching capacity
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques to maintain discipline during practices and games
