Primary responsibilities include supporting all areas of HR, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and policy development.
Educational Requirements:
- BA degree in Human Resources, organizational behavior or equivalent; PHR certification preferred
Experience Requirements:
- 1 year of Human Resources experience required, healthcare preferred
Special Requirements:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrates problem solving skills
- Familiar with different letter and business form styles
- Proficient in Microsoft office and HRIS systems
