Responsibilities:
- Review and verify loan documents for accuracy and completeness
- Input loan application data into the system
- Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and escrow companies
- Assist in preparing contracts and documentation for loan approvals
- Perform basic math calculations related to loan processing
- Support underwriting and escrow processes
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in 10-key typing
- Basic understanding of FNMA guidelines
- Strong mathematical skills
- Knowledge of mortgage servicing procedures
- Familiarity with banking practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with loan officers and underwriters
- Prior experience in loan processing or related field is a plus
