Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide PRN care for an extended care patient with trach, vent, and G-tube needs. As a member of our team, you will work closely with the patient and their family to ensure their safety, comfort, and medical stability.
The Role
- Delivering specialized care for patients with complex needs, including trach, vent, and G-tube management.
- Monitoring respiratory and nutritional health during shifts and performing routine assessments and interventions as necessary.
- Administering medications and tube feedings, while maintaining accurate patient records.
- Developing strong relationships with patients and their families, providing compassionate and patient-focused care.
Requirements
- Current Colorado LPN or RN license
- Experience with trach, vent, and G-tube care preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong clinical and communication skills, with ability to work independently in a home care setting.
