The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide 1 to 1 for home health clients. You will be working in the patient's home, ensuring their safety and comfort while completing or assisting them with a variety of personal tasks.
- There are additional hours available if needed providing basic office support and completing tasks such as answering phones, scanning patient documents, filing, etc. at the home health office in Firestone.
What You'll Be Doing
Performing ROM exercises according to the Plan of CareAssisting with transfers and ambulationPerforming personal care activities including bathing, dressing, shaving, oral care, skin care, brief changes, etcHousehold services including Meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping, transportation , etcMaintaining personal hygiene and cleanliness for the patientMaintaining patient physical and emotional integrity while ensuring their overall health is maintainedMaintaining an environment where the client feels safe and secureProviding care and assistance to patients in a calm, safe, and encouraging mannerProviding effective communication to ensure that the client's needs are metWhat's In It For You?

What Makes You a Great Fit
