What You’ll Be Doing
As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you’ll provide in-home therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist, focusing on helping clients restore function, improve daily living skills, and maintain safety and comfort.
Core Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy treatments as outlined in the established Plan of Care

Accurately document visits, client progress, and recommendations in a timely manner

Assist clients and caregivers with training on safe use of equipment and adaptive techniques

Communicate changes in client condition to the supervising Occupational Therapist

Participate in care team meetings and promote referrals to other services when needed

Maintain a safe environment and follow infection control practices

What Makes You a Great Fit
- Certified and licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of Colorado
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Minimum of 1 year of OTA experience (home health experience a plus!)
- CPR certified
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
