What You’ll Be Doing

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you’ll provide in-home therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist, focusing on helping clients restore function, improve daily living skills, and maintain safety and comfort.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy treatments as outlined in the established Plan of Care
  
• Accurately document visits, client progress, and recommendations in a timely manner
  
• Assist clients and caregivers with training on safe use of equipment and adaptive techniques
  
• Communicate changes in client condition to the supervising Occupational Therapist
  
• Participate in care team meetings and promote referrals to other services when needed
  
• Maintain a safe environment and follow infection control practices

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Certified and licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of Colorado
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Minimum of 1 year of OTA experience (home health experience a plus!)
• CPR certified
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Compassionate, dependable, and driven to help others thrive
