- Supervise the Receptionist team
- Manage front office operations
- Achieve established goals for call center metrics, time of service collections, and productivity
- Support a culture of service to exceed customer service expectations
- Ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience as a receptionist in a healthcare setting
- At least 3 years experience handling insurances in a healthcare setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- AA degree or higher preferred
