The ACT team serves clients in Sullivan and lower Grafton County. The focus is on aggressive community outreach and a strong commitment to maintaining program fidelity, while serving individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and substance use disorders.
The Clinical Supervisor provides services and support to staff members as needed. The individual is responsible for hiring, onboarding, coaching, training, supervising and managing performance of their staff. The individual will manage a small caseload to provide services in the community.
WCBH is seeking a mental health clinician to lead a multi-disciplinary clinical team providing mental health services. Master’s degree in a mental health/human services field with three to five years progressive experience in an outpatient mental health setting is required. Candidates must also possess solid interpersonal and supervisory skills and the ability to collaborate effectively. 2 -5 years of supervisory or management experience is required. Knowledge of evidenced-based practices and the NH community mental health system are a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
West Central Behavioral Health offers a generous compensation package including paid time off, health and dental plans, retirement account match, etc. We also provide Licensing Supervision with a 2 year commitment after receiving License.
- Master's degree in human services field or equivalent
- 3-5 years of clinical experience in a team setting
- 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
- NH Mental Health licensure, preferred
- Excellent organizational and communications skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of and experience with electronic medical record
- Prior experience in a community mental health environment preferred
