Description
West Central Equipment is the John Deere Agriculture and Turf Equipment Dealership in Central and Western Pennsylvania. We sell, service and supply parts for John Deere tractors, skid steers, ag equipment, lawn & garden mowers, zero-turn mowers, Gator utility vehicles, implements and related equipment. We are currently looking for a full-time, entry-level Marketing Assistant to work at our Ebensburg store.
Purpose:
Supports the Sales & Marketing Departments by helping to support the company’s multi-pronged approach to marketing and advertising.
Responsibilities:
- Manages and regularly posts on company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Tik-Tok, YouTube, & Twitter)
- Works with company’s ad agency to manage co-op advertising budget and develop, create and measure success of our various advertising campaigns
- Provides website and e-commerce design and creation
- Regularly tracks performance on Google Analytics and searches for areas in need of improvement (i.e. decreasing bounce rate)
- Helps to plan and coordinate logistics communications, and activities for sales events, customer events, meetings, and/or focus groups
- Provides support for customer events including manning booths/displays
- Provides graphic design help with various flyers, mailers, stickers, key chains, price tags, social media, website, Loop TVs, etc.
- Helps with filming and editing various company-produced videos
- Acts as a liaison for all media and advertising relationships
- Works within company’s CRM tool to identify, sort, and organize customer data in order to hep target specific audiences with specific messaging
- Helps to develop and execute email marketing campaigns
- Helps to develop and execute SMS campaigns
- Helps with phone answering and entertaining sales floor customers until a salesman frees up
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
- Experience in graphic design preferred
- Experience with video editing preferred
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively including on Microsoft Teams
- Ability to use a CRM application
