- Supervise all aspects of content production from development of initial concept to delivery to the
- Write, research, and produce programs for Pioneer PBS broadcast and other content delivery systems
- Work with photographers, editors, writers, researchers, narrators, web designers, underwriters, and
- Work with underwriting staff and prospective funders to expand the base of program support
- Develop, maintain, and track legacy production budgets in consultation with Pioneer CFO, GM, others
- Maintain compliance with appropriate rules and regulations, including those specific to LCCMR funded
- Lead Prairie Sportsman production team or teams consisting of existing staff and free-lance workers
- Collaborate with other members of the Pioneer management team to incorporate LCCMR productions
- Work with peers at other MPTA stations on collaborative projects as needed
- Participate in Pioneer events and station-wide projects

- Maintain a work schedule that is consistent with the needs of Pioneer, the production teams, with long

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primarily responsible for leading and coordinating productions focusing on LCCMR funded Prairie Sportsman

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of three years experience in video production, with a proven track record in researching, writing, and
producing high-quality programs. Experience as on-air talent, with video photography and editing experience, is
a plus.
Salary : $20 - $23
