Duties and Responsibilities of the Night Shift Coordinator:
- Perform light janitorial duties to maintain cleanliness and order.
- Handle laundry tasks, ensuring all laundry is completed in a timely manner.
- Monitor security cameras discreetly to ensure the safety of guests, residents, and premises.
- Uphold organizational policies and procedures to maintain a secure and consistent environment.
- Work directly with the directors to receive guidance and implement organizational rules.
- Assess and resolve issues that may arise during the night shift, ensuring smooth operations until morning staff arrives.
- Must be able to lift 35 to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and participate in random drug testing thereafter.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues independently.
- Ability to work overnight hours and maintain alertness and focus.
