Responsibilities:
- Learn West Central Technology's product deck, as well as our department's service and
sales procedures.
- Answer calls for the sales department and oversee the sales board to ensure tickets are
assigned.
- Track account and opportunity activity in our Professional Services Automation system
and or CRM.
- Maintain client documentation and follow up with client requests as needed.
- Support the sales quoting process by initiating quotes, sourcing products through
vendor collaboration, and providing essential communication for service and
procurement teams to proceed.
- Accurately log sales activities and update quote stages when engaging with assigned
clients daily.
- Manage the Renewal Tracker system. Proactively make sure upcoming renewals are
communicated and quoted to the client in a timely manner.
- Assist the Procurement team in receiving orders, tracking order statuses, and finding
alternative products if there are supply chain issues.
-Facilitate meetings and conversations with clients, prospects, and internal resources.
This may include scheduling, preparing an agenda, gathering materials and follow-up.
- Monitor and update sales opportunities.
- Assist Finance team in calling clients with past due invoices and help facilitate billing
questions from clients.
- Assist with Marketing team with sales events and maintaining deliverables.
- Comply with all organizational business policies, workflow processes, and
documentation practices.
- Maintain a healthy team-oriented and motivated office culture.
- Ensure the confidentiality of customer information.
- Keep up with training and certification requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
- Follow direction of Sales Leadership and C-level personnel

- Proficient in basic office programs (Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
- Ability to work during normal business hours (Limited Remote
Work is allowed). Provide coverage to the sales team and travel as needed.
