West Chester Golf & Country Club in West Chester, PA is looking for one bartender to join our team! We are located on 111 W. Ashbridge St.. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customer's needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check the customer's identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Serve tables when necessary
- Bartend Party Bars when necessary
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
Wage
- 18% gratuity is automatically added to any sale
- $6.00/hour
