West Chester Orthodontics is seeking an organized and patient-focused Clinical Lead to oversee and coordinate our skilled clinical team while working hands-on with patients. In this role, you’ll ensure smooth, efficient daily operations, manage schedules, and provide ongoing support and guidance to staff. As a perfect match, You:
- Have a minimum of 2 years dental assisting experience
- Possess a current x-ray certification
- Strong organizational skills—you see what needs to be done and do it
- Ability to multitask, take initiative and anticipate the needs of others
- Ability to project a positive, warm, and professional image to our team and patients
- Prior leadership experience
- Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development
- Prioritize patient rapport and outstanding customer service

What you'll do:
- Delivering the highest quality treatment with braces, Invisalign and a variety of appliances
- Proactively assisting the doctor chair-side and following treatment plans
- Accurate charting
- X-rays (certification required)
- Photographs, digital impressions with our scanner
- Precise sterilization and overall office cleanliness
- Patient education
- Fabrication of models and retainers via 3D printing
- Maintaining patient confidence
- Contribute to top notch customer service
- Oversee clinical performance
- Mentor and train team members
- Provide appropriate challenges for growth and development of team
- Audit team charting for accuracy
- Other duties required to be your personal best
$24 per hour (Depends on experience) benefits
