- Educate patients on treatment plans and exercises, ensuring they understand the process.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
- Manage patient scheduling, including confirming appointments and following up on cancellations.
- Document patient progress accurately in the electronic health record system.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with the chiropractic team to ensure seamless patient care.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of physiology and anatomy is essential for understanding treatment protocols.
- Familiarity with medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
