Auto Glass Technician Helper (Entry-Level or Experienced)
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Pay: $22 - $26/hr (based on experience)

About Us
West Coast Auto Glass is a mobile auto glass company in Santa Rosa, specializing in windshield replacements and calibrations. We’re looking for a motivated helper to assist our lead technician with installs, prep work, and customer service while learning the trade.
This is a local position. Applicants must be within commuting distance of Santa Rosa, CA.
We work hard but keep things straightforward and easygoing. If you’re reliable and ready to learn, you’ll fit right in.
Responsibilities
✅ Assist lead technician with windshield replacements & repairs
✅ Prep vehicles, clean glass, and set up tools
✅ Handle materials, adhesives, and cleanup
✅ Provide great customer service
✅ Learn the trade with growth opportunities
Requirements
- No experience needed – we will train!
- Able to lift 50 lbs & work outdoors
Reliable, detail-oriented, and a fast learner
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
