Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Reporting & Dashboard Specialist to join our team in Edmonds, WA. This role will play a key part in supporting our Finance and Manufacturing operations by developing and maintaining reports and dashboards within our SAP environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of SAP reporting tools, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop Reports & Dashboards : Design, build, and maintain customized reports and dashboards in SAP to provide real-time visibility into inventory levels, production metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Data Analysis : Conduct in-depth analysis of manufacturing and inventory data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for process improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Production, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, and IT teams to gather reporting requirements and develop solutions tailored to business needs.
Troubleshooting & Optimization : Identify and resolve issues related to SAP reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
User Training & Support : Provide guidance and training to end-users, helping them leverage SAP reporting tools effectively.
Process Improvement : Continuously seek opportunities to enhance reporting processes, staying updated on the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field .
Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP reporting and dashboard development , preferably in a manufacturing environment .
Technical Skills : Proficiency in SAP Business Warehouse (BW), SAP Project, and other SAP reporting tools . Strong knowledge of data modeling and database management .
Accounting Knowledge : Understanding of accrual basis accounting and / or IFRS concepts .
Analytical & Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
Communication & Collaboration : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner.
Team-Oriented : Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Compensation & Benefits :
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000 per year
Work Environment : Hybrid (Edmonds, WA)
