SCCB 360 RDP - BEHIND THE SCENES DAY IN THE LIFE:
You’ll be a full-time associate from day one as you cycle positions with different teams. You'll experience new teams every few months, building upon your career goals to identify your ideal role within 18 months to two years.
Your initial position will begin working in a bank branch then rotate to the Treasury Management and e-Banking teams to tie together the whole client banking cycle, before moving on to other departments to build your career pathway, including:
- Finance - Learn how money moves throughout the banking system and daily investments, geek out on spreadsheets, bank investments and more spreadsheets!
- Operations - Explore the backend of electronic platforms, digital technology, bank products, project management and the client experience!
- Information Technology - Deep dive into cybersecurity, bots, firewalls and routers!
- Marketing - Creative problem solving, storytelling, branding, social media, advertising and creative design!
- Commercial Lending - Make a loan! Learn the underwriting journey of credit and all the juicy details!
Job Requirements:
- Recent Bachelor's Degree
- Must be comfortable working in client facing roles and interacting with internal teams and the public
- Ability to travel between all bank locations while performing various rotations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn new software and programs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
