Hybrid Schedule: 3 days a week at Seattle
Comments:
Customer facing developer who can interact and work very closely with customers.
This is because our Flexdrive salesforce implementation initiative is coming to an end and we need this contractor to pick up the post production support work.
There is going to be a lot of interactions with customers in this new role.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical assessments, and ensure solutions align with business goals.
- Implement customizations using Salesforce configuration and development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Ensure high-quality solutions by performing thorough testing and debugging.
- Assist in the integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications, utilizing APIs and middleware.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend improvements and innovations.
- Contribute to the development of internal documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in Salesforce development, including hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design, and development best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and API technologies.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
