Dental Office Support Staff (Sundays)

Position Overview: We are seeking Pediatric Dental Assistants, Patient Care Coordinators and Receptionists to support our pediatric dental office operations on Sundays. The ideal candidates will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to delivering high-quality care and service.
Pediatric Dental Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
- Take and develop dental X-rays.
- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene practices.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and families with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.
- Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Process patient check-ins and check-outs.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Patient Care Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care activities and ensure smooth patient flow.
- Communicate with patients and families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care.
- Assist with insurance verification and billing inquiries.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Provide support to the dental team as needed.
Requirements:

Pediatric Dental Assistant:
- Certification as a Dental Assistant (preferred).
- Experience in a pediatric dental setting (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferred).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
