Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project specifications, safety standards, and company policies.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation without compromising quality.
- Quality Control: Inspect work sites regularly to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. Address any issues promptly to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Scheduling: Coordinate project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and that any delays are managed effectively.
- Procurement: Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices and ensuring timely delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and financial records.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, OSHA regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.
- Problem Solving: Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the project, making decisions to keep the project on track.
