The Project Manager role at WCFW is responsible for expanding the client base for restoration services, focusing on solutions for water, fire, mold, and other property damages. The Project Manager role will develop strategic relationships, deliver exceptional customer service, and as part of the operations team, ensure seamless project execution. The PM’s goal will be to help clients navigate the restoration process with ease, acting as a trusted advisor from initial consultation through project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Process Management:
- Conduct on-site consultations to assess restoration needs, explain services, and recommend solutions that align with client requirements.
- Prepare and present project estimates and proposals that effectively communicate service offerings, timelines, and cost details.
- Follow up on sales leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals.
Relationship Development & Account Management:
- Cultivate and maintain positive, long-term client relationships, providing excellent service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Regularly update clients on project progress, address questions or concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain ongoing communication with insurance adjusters and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project approvals and reimbursements.
Project Planning and Coordination:
· Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
· Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and/or internal teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
· Schedule and oversee all project activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Client Communication:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions, concerns, and updates throughout the project.
· Conduct initial consultations and site assessments to determine project scope and requirements.
· Provide regular progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
Quality Assurance:
· Ensure all work meets industry standards, company policies, and client expectations.
· Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
· Implement corrective actions as necessary to address any deficiencies or issues.
Documentation and Reporting:
· Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
· Prepare and submit required reports to management and insurance companies.
· Document project changes, issues, and resolutions.
Problem Solving and Decision Making:
· Identify and resolve project-related issues and challenges.
· Make informed decisions to keep projects on track and within scope.
· Escalate complex issues to senior management as needed.
Qualifications/Experience:
· Bachelor's degree is business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
· Minimum 2-4 years experience in sales and/or the restoration industry.
· Familiarity with CRM software.
· IICRC certification preferred.
· Xactimate proficiency preferred.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Compensation: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 base per year with incentives starting after probationary period.
