COMPENSATION
500 per day plus full benefits
LOCATION
Travel out of Port Fourchon, LA
SCHEDULE
14 / 14 hitch rotation, 12-hour days
JOB OVERVIEW – Offshore Clerk / Dispatcher
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ordering materials, tools, and personnel in a timely manner while maintaining and limiting costs to the operator.
- Knowing the geographical location of the platform in order to expedite work boats and necessary equipment and personnel.
- Entering post-maintenance data into the SAP system.
- Tracking invoices so they are paid on time.
- Completing all equipment and material manifests and maintaining manifests.
- Knowledge of offshore construction / decommissioning procedures.
- Maintaining all inventories and procedures as asked by the Operator Superintendent.
- Carry out properly all orders and instructions given by the superior.
- Other duties as assigned.
