We are seeking a Senior Procurement & Construction Manager who is passionate about driving innovation and efficiency in procurement, contracting, and supplier performance for large-scale industrial construction projects. This role requires expertise in procurement strategy, contract negotiation, supplier performance management, and claims resolution.

Explore Your Tasks & Responsibilities
Procurement & Contracting :
Lead pre- and post-award procurement activities for major industrial construction projects, including underground utilities, structural steel, concrete, and site indirects.Develop and execute procurement strategies for high-tech construction projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Manage the RFP, bid analysis, negotiation, award, execution, and administration of subcontracts and purchase orders.Supervise and support buyers and procurement professionals, ensuring alignment with project and business goals.Oversee multi-billion-dollar procurement budgets and optimize supplier relationships.Supplier Performance & Cost Control :
Implement supplier performance programs and evaluate subcontractor performance using key metrics.Identify and negotiate cost savings, reducing change orders and mitigating financial risk.Develop pricing tools and databases to support budgeting and estimating teams.Establish and implement change management processes for procurement strategies.Claims & Dispute Resolution :
Conduct forensic analysis of project costs, labor reports, and contractor claims.Act as an expert witness in contract disputes, arbitrations, and mediations.Work with legal teams to manage contract compliance, resolve claims, and mitigate financial exposure.Operations & Leadership :
Lead and mentor procurement team, providing guidance on procurement strategy and contract execution.Support multi-prime project delivery methods, ensuring smooth coordination between contractors and suppliers.Develop and implement streamlined procurement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.12 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, and contract management in high-tech, manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, or construction environments.Strong knowledge of construction procurement, subcontracting, and change management.Experience managing large-scale, multi-billion-dollar industrial construction projects.Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of supplier performance optimization.Strong leadership experience managing procurement teams in a high-paced environment.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to develop procurement strategies and cost control measures.Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Office for procurement and contract management.Preferred Qualifications :
Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or APICS Certification preferred.Experience working with semiconductor, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and data center construction projects.Project management experience and familiarity with Primavera P6.Strong understanding of financial analysis, cost modeling, and risk mitigation.Why Join Us?
