Office Assistant & Runner
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support the daily administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Input and manage data using Excel spreadsheets
- Prepare affidavits of service
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service
- Perform filing and general office organization
- Assist with various clerical tasks as needed
Runner Duties:
- Pick up and drop off documents at attorney offices and collection agencies
- Deliver paperwork to apartment complexes and the sheriff’s office
- Handle other local errands as required
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for runner duties
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is not required but is a plus

Position will start March 1st, 2025
Hours are 9am to 4pm Monday through Thursday, 9am to 3pm on Fridays
Must haves:
- be at least 18 years old
- have a working vehicle and valid drivers license
- be able to pass a background check
- be willing to pay for a work card with the Private Investigator's Licensing Board
- the basic computer/office equipment knowledge (including Microsoft Office experience)
Beneficial (but not required):
- be a licensed notary
Job Type: Part-time
