Job Summary
West Coast Self-Storage has an opening for a Maintenance Tech. This position involves traveling from North Seattle to our Bellingham locations. The ideal candidate should have groundskeeping and maintenance experience and be looking to grow within our career path.

Day to Day for you:
- Responds quickly to emergency maintenance situations
- Learns skills necessary to complete the job and uses outside sources for troubleshooting
- Is able to troubleshoot and brainstorm solutions to resolve maintenance issues
- Communicates project status and follow-up dates on schedule to district manager
- Prepares bids for projects to include time, materials, tools, and anything else necessary to complete the project
WHAT WED LIKE YOU TO HAVE:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
- Basic set of tools. Drills, drivers, wrenches. Screw drivers, etc. (Required)
- Grounds keeping or maintenance experience (required)
- Experience with utilizing hand and power tools (required)
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed
- Ability to work outdoors in urban and rural environments
- Ability to self-manage while working independently to complete team and company objectives
